At Garnished Luxury, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

  • Clearance or sale items may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: To request a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address/phone number] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RA#) and detailed return instructions.

  3. Package and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, along with the RA# and a copy of the original invoice. Ship the package using a traceable and insured method at your expense.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for their original condition. If the item(s) meet the return eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.


We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item following the return process, and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with supporting documentation (e.g., photos) within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly and provide you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
